Welcome to my fitness page


Over the next 18ths or so i will be doing different activities so i can keep myself in some sort of shape ready for the Three Peaks Challenge 2013, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S2 and a app i downloaded from play store called Sports Tracker App . I have split the results into 3 categories, Walking, Running and Cycling this should make it easier to read

Its been very difficult
 however its very rewarding 

Especially as its been inspired by Chris's Grandad who has been diagnosed with terminal lung Cancer
